Here are a few of our stand-out favs from this furniture leading design show:
1. We’re seeing RED
While this hue is a bright idea, we aren’t talking the brightest shades. Instead, think more along the lines of what you see in nature—red rocks in southern Utah, deep red flowers, etc. This color trend is taking true red tones to a deeper, darker place, and we’re here for it!
2. Striking it RICH
Red isn’t the only nature-inspired shade on the scene. Earth tones are everywhere! Luscious greens, tantalizing tans, brilliant browns, and rich rusts bringing the warmth!
3. Taking it TRADITIONAL
The classics are back. We saw gorgeous pieces full of shape and elegance. These flattering figures include English arms, turned feet, and casters. They’re often paired with traditional fabrics like plaids, houndstooth, and florals.
4. Turning up the HEAT
The warm wood tones are here in a big way, replacing the popular cool gray tones. The wood can be dark or light, but the undertone is always the same . . . warm!
5. Added TABLE SPACE
Grouping coffee tables is a fun approach happening right now. This includes matching coffee tables side by side, adding two coordinating coffee tables, and even coffee tables paired with ottomans.
